What to expect

An opportunity to learn

  • Real Stories

Donors and recipients share their experiences — honest, human, unscripted.

  • No pressure

No one will ask you to donate. This is a space to listen and learn.

  • Free to attend

No cost, no commitment, no obligation of any kind.

Let's Be Clear

What a Kidney Convo is and what it isn't.

We know attending and/or inviting someone can feel like a big ask.

Here's an overview of the program so you know exactly what to expect:

What it is
  • A safe space to learn through real stories from real donors and recipients

  • Guided discussion that answers honest questions without medical jargon

  • Camera off, audio off. Participants ask questions in the chat

  • A chance to decide — on your own terms — if this is something you want to explore further

What it isn't
  • Not a sales pitch — no one will ask you to donate your kidney

  • Not a commitment — attending does not mean you're signing up for anything

  • Not pressuring — if someone shared this with you, attending is entirely your choice

  • Not a medical lecture — this is storytelling, not a clinical presentation
